For the next one to two weeks following surgery, you\u2019ll need to keep to liquid foods to prevent putting too much stress on your dental implants as they heal. Good soft food options include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Mashed fruits or vegetables (applesauce, avocado, cauliflower)<\/li><li>Soft fruits (banana, watermelon)<\/li><li>Breads soaked in syrup, sauce or gravy<\/li><li>Muffins or other soft breads<\/li><li>Soft-cooked pasta<\/li><li>Beans<\/li><li>Quinoa<\/li><li>Mashed potatoes<\/li><li>Cheese<\/li><li>Eggs<\/li><li>Chili<\/li><li>Hummus<\/li><li>Soft tofu<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Having certain appliances can also make the aftercare process easier. For example, having a blender or food processor to break down foods can be extremely helpful.
