Dear Mason Dental patients and families:

At Mason Dental the health and well-being of our patients, employees, and our community is our top priority. We understand the concern and uncertainty you may be experiencing surrounding the coronavirus (COVID-19) and we are committed to being responsive to the needs of our patients as the situation evolves.

Taking into account the current situation regarding the spread of the virus, we have made the decision to close our office through May 15, 2020. Our doctors will be available via telephone to answer concerns and address problems with minimum exposure for themselves and our patients. If a problem cannot be treated with medications or homecare, we are still able to see patients on an emergency basis. Please contact our office if you are experiencing any of the below symptoms or believe you have a dental emergency:

In cases where we do need to see patients, please be assured that although we already utilize standard infection control precautions as outlined by the CDC and ADA, we are currently exceeding these precautions to further help prevent the spread of this virus and maintain a safe environment for you.

If you have routine or non-emergency care scheduled between now and May 1, 2020, our office will be notifying you directly of our changes in operation.

We are looking forward to reopening for business as usual but realize that this may not be for several more weeks or months. We appreciate your patience during this time and are happy to answer any questions or concerns you may have. As the situation continues to unfold, we will keep you updated on how this may affect our operations as well.
